The point on not showing one's card is one the best skill a founder you have if not one will be out of market being getting into the market.

Investors, competitors, employees and people generally will ask indirect questions on what makes you the best or how you aim to be the best but discernment is knowing that this question needs to be answered strategically.

Hi! I found this a really valuable read as an aspiring founder and congratulations on everything you’ve achieved, Allahumabarik! But I just wanted to ask if you could elaborate on #14. As someone who is delusionally optimistic and has sometimes been coined as “gullible” by my friends. for being too trusting, what do you mean by “Don't show your cards. And stay naive, but don’t get stupid.”? I’m having trouble understanding this point since it seems contradictory.
