I call mine a monster smoothie, and it’s truly the best post-workout breakfast (a second one) for me. Mine has a Blender Bomb, a cup of frozen veg, a cup of berries, 2% milk, and protein powder.
I add in a scoop of AG1 (I've noticed better digestion and more energy when I take it). I have to be cautious about ashwagandha because of my thyroid medication, but I know tons of people that swear by it!
